JratMonster
Jesus Lopez is JratMonster, a multifaceted artist and co-founder of Sewer Vision Media. A native to Los Angeles, California, his musical influences stem from Mexican baladas and oldies gangster culture since his upcoming. His passion was undeniable when introduced to hiphop icons like The WuTang Clan, Black Star, J Dilla, and MF Doom. Since his debut record "We Up" in 2010 was released, JratMonster has rooted himself in the art and music community in South Central. Boom-Bap tracks like "South Central" from S.L.A.P. (Support Local Artists Program) are just one of the anthems heard chanted in his live shows. Since then his artistry has expanded in digital media like graphic design, video production, and animation.
The mission of Sewer Vision Media is to uplift the perception of South Central and its vibrant multicultural people by diversifying the art and music industries worldwide. Together we believe we can create positive experiences that break stereotypes of our community.
